Positive: Secluded. Great if you have dogs that want to run. Nice trails around the property to go explore. Quiet and beautiful.
Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable and the frame needed tightened as it was very wobbly. The he couch was too small and was not comfortable for one person much less two. Would be better with a day bed small sectional or dual recliners.
Summary: Very beautiful area very cozy cabin everything at hand.

Positive: Location! Location! Location! Very peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by beautiful trees and small creatures. Very well equipped and cuteness overload!!
Negative: Let's be completely honest and transparent here, ok?? If you're at all larger in stature, this is NOT the place for you. I'm a size small/medium and could barely get into the bathroom. The shower/tub is super small and an XL person would struggle just turning around without the plastic liner sticking to your entire body. If you're older and a tiny bit frail, you'll have a very hard time even getting into the shower. The Queen size bed (another red flag if you're the average American today and larger in size) was very uncomfortable (soft, not firm at all) and your feet (I swear) were above your head causing me to have a headache each morning. There is absolutely no way to keep the light out in the mornings, so if you're looking to have darkness for your morning (in order to sleep in), not going to happen. Also, it is advertised as a pet friendly cabin, yet once you get there, they ask you NOT to let the dogs on the furniture... what??? Just a friendly reminder... no A/C, so cooling the cabin down in August is not an easy thing to do until late in the evenings.

Positive: Vincenzo was friendly and would always answer quickly. The flat is big and can fit easily 4 adults and a child, not only for sleeping but for eating too, since it has a big table. Two bathrooms were also a big plus (even if one of them was cracked and fixed with paper tape, I would suggest to change the seat)
Negative: There is a very busy street that you can hear day and night. If you want to go to the città alta and the center it is recommended to go by car because it's a bit far. Keep in mind there is coffee and sugar, but everything else (tea, salt, pepper, but also shower gel etc) you have to bring or buy.
Summary: Enough space, cozy beds and free parking on the street

Positive: Living Room and Balcony, the TV and the position of the apartment!
Negative: I have been in other apartments before to be honest I was surprised that the apartment was left without a bottle of water, olive oil to cook, a little bit of shampoo and shower gel! This are little things that I believe can make the difference especially for who is travelling for few days. We also noticed the Fridge was making a lot of noise and maybe needs service.
